OneLife Technologies Corp. is a mobile medical software/data collection company with a suite of proprietary, patented, medical-grade tracking technologies designed to provide patients, physicians, nursing homes, and hospitals with real-time centralized, personal, comprehensive health data and monitoring. The system and devices will be Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant, and utilize an open application programming interface (API) for easy data communication and integration to any existing electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Robert J. Wagner is the Chairman, CEO and President of OneLife Technologies Corp. Mr. Wagner is responsible for all business aspects of OneLife Technologies including facilitating manufacturing relationships in China for product production and quality control; developing partnerships with global product and support companies; establishing relationships with distribution outlets to confirm product sales viability and pricing strategies; and creating strategic partnerships with companies to strengthen OneLife’s product offering to its target industries. Robert was Chief Operating Officer and Director of We-R-You Corporation (formerly Textechnologies, Inc.), a next generation secure and private social networking portal converged with online photo and video albums, a music library, integrated SMS, IM, email and VoIP; and was responsible for designing the architecture for an acquisition of the We-R-You social networking technologies. Robert received his B.S., Business Operations, Magna Cum Laude, from DeVry Institute of Technology, Lombard, IL.
Mr. Muchnicki brings more than 25 years of experience in global business development, strategic financial planning and thought-leadership. Prior to his relationship with OneLife Technologies, John was President of Langenscheidt Publishing Group Inc., a $55 million publishing firm, a German-owned U.S. affiliate. He was Chief Operating Officer with Intellian Capital Advisors, a merchant banking firm, assisting in the market launch of several start-up companies, and acted as interim CEO, COO and CFO for several of its portfolio clients. Muchnicki was responsible for six successful turnarounds with companies operating in the medical data and scientific information industries. In particular, at Scientific American Medicine, he launched the first professional CD-ROM and in partnership with two hospital software companies, created the first in-hospital medical database for doctors to help with the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Mr. Muchnicki received his MBA from Columbia University and undergraduate degree from Kean University.
Mr. Driscoll brings over 30 years’ experience in business development, finance and marketing, and has been responsible for the creation of numerous successful companies, spanning a multitude of industries. Prior to joining OneLife, he was Chief Executive Officer of TDA Global Marketing (“TDA”), a leader in sports marketing and digital advertising, and one of the largest sports media companies in the Southeastern U.S. As a result of TDA’s established global relationships, Anthony possesses significant business expertise and capital contributions for young, emerging companies to assist them with the execution of their business plan and sustainability. Mr. Driscoll also served as Director of International Finance with the Bank of Boston, where he managed over 150 employees worldwide and was responsible for the firm’s overseas credit and equity investment management for South America and Asia. Anthony received his BA in Business and Computer Science from Springfield College, Springfield MA.
